Wazo Pulse (“Platform”) is developed and operated by Wazo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Wazo Pulse. We reserve the right to review and update these terms at our sole discretion.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Wazo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the employee engagement features of the Platform. This license is granted solely in connection with your organization's active subscription agreement and is subject to the restrictions therein.
To utilize certain services, employees must register and maintain secure user accounts. You agree to:
All materials on the Platform—including but not limited to software code, user interface designs, logos, graphics, surveys, metrics, and text—are owned by or licensed to Wazo Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No right, title, or interest in any copyrighted materials or trademarks is transferred to you through your use of Wazo Pulse.
